Our Process

Intake
After contacting our office, prospective clients will be asked to share some basic background information regarding diagnosis, age, insurance coverage, and location desired for services. EPC will share minimum requirements and what is to be expected in regards to timeline and availability. Following the initial contact, submission of EPC’s intake form is requested, which includes basic information, evidence of an autism diagnosis, and health insurance card.
Need an evaluation? We’ve teamed up with Meliora Health to increase access to diagnostic services and ongoing developmental pediatrics for parents concerned about their child’s development.
Assessment
Once a supervising BCBA is available, confirmation of ABA therapy benefits is completed, and a document is shared detailing the out-of-pocket costs. A date will be scheduled for the assigned BCBA to complete a skill-based assessment and parent interview. This information is summarized and used to determine the number of therapy hours recommended.
Therapy
While the assessment process is being completed, we are working behind the scenes to assign the remaining members of the therapy team. Once the team is set and insurance authorizations are completed, therapy will begin.
