Administrative Team

Kim Donaghy, MA, BCBA, LBA Chief Clinical Officer
Kim is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with certifications in Elementary and Special Education, as well as an LDT-C credential. Since 2006, she has worked with individuals diagnosed with autism, serving clients ranging in age from 18 months to 21 years. Before joining Every Piece Counts in 2020, Kim held various roles at a prestigious private ABA school program, including Director of Early Intervention and Outreach. Her extensive experience spans private, inclusive, and home-based settings, allowing her to develop a diverse clinical skill set and address a wide array of learning needs. As Chief Clinical Officer at EPC, Kim oversees the organization’s daily administrative and clinical operations. She collaborates closely with team members to ensure client outcomes are achieved, staff are supported, and EPC’s mission is upheld across the organization.
Kim resides in Somerset County with her husband, Ben, and their two lively daughters, Fiona and Elle. In her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding after a busy week.

Tina Barone Revenue & Finance Manager
Tina is our Revenue & Finance Manager and has been involved with Every Piece Counts since it was founded. She studied Film and Computer Science at Kean University where she excelled in various roles due to her strong attention to detail and outside the box thinking. Tina is a natural problem solver with a knack for efficiency and her limitless skill set is an invaluable asset to the administrative team. When she’s not cooking up the next big spreadsheet, you can find her binge-watching the latest docuseries, arranging photoshoots with her cats, or listening to whatever three songs happen to be stuck in her head this week.

Kristine Del Ray HR & Scheduling Manager
As the HR & Scheduling Manager, Kristine is the first point of contact for prospective employees and responsible for identifying qualified candidates to join the team. Prior to joining EPC, Kristine worked extensively in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a 1:1 Paraprofessional, Lead Instructor, Case Manager and RBT. Her experience in these roles over the last 10+ years provides her with the knowledge and skill set to identify qualified staff to work at our clinic and in-home program. Her dedication, commitment, and organizational skills make her an asset to the administrative team. Kristine is a mom to her spunky daughter and is an avid lover of all things Halloween. She has a fine arts background and enjoys doing a variety of creative projects outside of work.

Thea Horowitz, M.A. Client Relations Manager
Thea is a Behavior Technician and Administrative Assistant at our center in Livingston. Before joining EPC, she taught music lessons to learners of all ages and needs, and across a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and studios. Throughout this role, she gained valuable experience in teaching individuals diagnosed with Autism. Thea has a M.A. in Educational Psychology from New Jersey City University, as well as a background in Administrative Assistance and Recruitment Coordination. With a background in education, Thea is passionate about collaborating with a team to provide quality care to clients and their families. When she’s not at work, Thea is on her yoga mat, in the kitchen baking new recipes, or spending time with family and friends.

Gabrielle Casalino, M.A., BCBA Quality & Training Coordinator
Gabrielle has always had a passion for education. Prior to entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017, she was an elementary school teacher. After learning about ABA, she switched her education focus and has not looked back since. She has worked in clinical settings, inclusion & self-contained preschool classrooms, and in-home programs. At EPC, Gab helps our newest Behavior Technicians succeed and become proficient in working with our clients. Prior to this position, she spent time working as a Behavior Technician and providing clinical support at our center. She loves helping people learn about the field and seeing their growth over time! Outside of ABA, Gab likes to explore new workout classes and enjoys cooking & baking.
Clinical Support Team

Jessica Hayes, M.A., BCBA Center Director; Livingston
Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with individuals with autism since 2008. She has provided clinical services to clients from 18 months to 21 years of age. Prior to joining EPC, Jessica worked as a 1:1 Paraprofessional, RBT, Case Manager, and Staff Trainer. She has worked in a variety of settings including a private school program, home-based services, early intervention clinics, a public ABA preschool, and a hospital/residential setting. Her experience in her different positions and settings provides her with the knowledge to work with a diverse group of individuals. Jess oversees EPC’s Livingston clinic ensuring that our clients and employees feel supported and successful. Jess loves the outdoors and animals. When she is not at work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her pets.

Liz Anderson, M.A., BCBA, LBA Center Director; Pine Brook
Liz graduated from Marist college in 2010 with a BA in Psychology and Special Education. Her first experience in the field was at the Anderson Center for Autism in Dutchess County, NY where she fulfilled her student teaching requirements. Following graduation, she spent 8 years teaching individuals diagnosed with autism between the ages of 5 and 14 years of age. Liz graduated from Kean University in 2017 with her Master’s in Special Education and Autism studies, becoming a BCBA shortly thereafter. Before working at EPC, she spent time in a variety of settings which helped her become well rounded in her practices. Liz oversees our Pine Brook clinic where she manages the day-to-day operations and provides clinical support to clients and staff. Liz lives in Roxbury with her husband Ken and 2 kids Brielle and Troy. She spends her weekends with her family, exercising, and driving her kids around to extracurricular activities.

Madison Weiner, M.S., CCC-SLP Speech-Language Pathologist
Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in 2019 and went on to complete a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from La Salle University in 2022. Since then, Madison has gained extensive experience working with children of various ages and abilities in a variety of settings, including charter schools (grades K-8), daycares, home-based services, autistic support classrooms, and inclusion classrooms.
Madison specializes in improving receptive and expressive language skills as well as articulation, using a play-based therapy approach to engage children in meaningful and effective learning experiences. She is passionate about collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other team members to ensure that therapeutic strategies are effectively carried over into a child's daily routines.
Additionally, Madison has significant experience in evaluating and implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and is skilled in using various software platforms to best support each child's unique communication needs. She is dedicated to helping every child find their voice and reach their full communication potential. In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and traveling.

Aimee Sisco, RBT Lead RBT; Livingston
Aimee is the Lead RBT at our center in Livingston and previously worked with EPC clients in the home setting. Prior to joining Every Piece Counts, Aimee worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional in both ABA and Emotional Regulation Impairment classrooms. Aimee has a passion for creating a joyful and engaging experience for all her clients. Her special area of interest is reducing challenging behaviors through positive behavior support.
When not in the center, Aimee can be found on the baseball field cheering for her son or watching her daughter take the stage for dance competitions.

Kharmen Meza, RBT Lead RBT; Pine Brook
Kharmen is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician at our center. She began her journey in behavior analysis right after high school and became certified two years ago. Kharmen is pursuing her bachelor's degree with the ultimate goal of earning a doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passion lies in supporting individuals with diverse needs and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Kharmen enjoys caring for her vibrant collection of plants and spending quality time playing with her beloved dogs. Her personal and professional commitment to growth shines through in all she does.

Rachel Roy, M.S., RBT Clinical Assistant & Scheduling
Rachel is a committed BCBA candidate who studied Applied Behavior Analysis at Penn State. She discovered her passion for ABA while earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Dedicated to helping her clients thrive, Rachel continually develops her skills to ensure they learn in a fun and engaging way. Currently, she focuses on applying her knowledge to create meaningful experiences that promote growth and development. Outside of her work in ABA, Rachel enjoys spending her free time hiking and rock climbing.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Tiffany LaRusso, M.A., BCBA
Upon entering the field of ABA in 2017, Tiffany immediately felt a sense of fulfillment and purpose while serving individuals within the Autism community. After multiple years as a therapist at EPC, Tiffany went on to gain her BCBA certification following the completion of her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rutgers University. Tiffany currently supervises clients in both of our clinic locations, community-based settings, as well as in the home. Her approach is heavily based on ensuring clients learn and grow in a fun and engaging way. Outside of ABA, Tiffany enjoys hiking, yoga, thrifting, and visiting local coffee shops.

Jessica Smith, M.ED., BCBA
Jess received her Master's degree in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rutgers University. She initially learned about behavior analysis while working towards a Bachelor's degree at Rowan University. Immediately interested, she decided to pursue this field and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She subsequently became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and worked as a BCaBA while finishing graduate school to complete her requirements to become a BCBA. She has specific training in Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching and is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate ABA services to individuals on the autism spectrum. Outside of ABA, Jess enjoys reading, volunteering with animals, and traveling to visit friends and family throughout the country.

Yamilex Molina, M.S., BCBA
Yamilex discovered ABA as an undergraduate student while majoring in Special Education at The Ohio State University. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Florida. She completed her Master’s degree at Florida State University, while studying under Dr. Jon Bailey and assisting with one of his many projects. Prior to working at EPC, Yamilex was an employee of Florida’s foster care system where she worked with other services providers, biological parents, and adoptive parents manage challenging behavior. She was responsible for ensuring her client’s safety while they participated in the visitation, reunification, and transition process. Yamilex likes to spend time with her sassy niece and sweet nephew, run outdoors, visit Orangetheory fitness, and watch the Buckeyes play.

Kelsey Mikkonen, M.Ed., BCBA
Kelsey has more than 10 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked with clients from 18 months old to late adulthood. Her special areas of interest consist of reducing challenging behavior and using natural environment teaching and play to increase her client’s skills. She is passionate about improving language development, teaching communication in different forms, and finding individualized replacement skills for challenging behaviors. Prior to becoming a BCBA, Kelsey worked as a RBT and Life Coach while completing her Masters of Education with a focus on Behavior Analysis. Kelsey joined EPC in 2020 and has worked in both our clinic and home settings. Kelsey loves HGTV and other home renovation networks & TV shows. In her free time, she enjoys finding new design ideas for different areas of her home to renovate or update herself.
